My yoga journey started in college and I was instantly hooked. I loved the feeling after a great sweaty class- renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated! Once I found vinyasa yoga I knew I was where I belonged. I love the freedom in this style of yoga-every class is different! I believe that looking at life through the eyes of endorphins is a much happier, open, connected life. The beauty in this practice is strength & flexibility in mind, body, soul, and life. My goal is to challenge you physically and mentally to live a healthier, more fulfilled life all while listening to awesome music and having fun!

The beginning flows of this will feature slower more simple flows, as the class flows on , varied pacing and optional adding of complexity. Newer students will always be shown options first, and more seasoned students will be satisfied with interesting options. As always expect core and balance work to be intertwined into the mix. There will be sweat.
